Wu-wei is a Taoist principle that means “non-doing.” It made a huge difference for me to discover three other translations: not-forcing, not-obstructing, not-interfering. Suddenly I had some “action” I could take to establish wu-wei, non-doing, in my life. It is a matter of making certain I did NOT force, obstruct or interfere.
It all comes under the concept of unfolding – allowing your life to simply unfold. You take action, but you don’t force, or obstruct or interfere. See how this is going to work?
