Are you listening?  Are you looking?  Do you see the signs and signals the Universe gives you? Pay attention. 

Sometimes we think of it as a coincidence. Sometimes we think of it as our intuition. There are many ways the universe talks to us, shows us what we are to do, and invites us to explore new possibilities.

We are all one universal energy, a collective consciousness. So it makes great sense that what happens way over there I can experience and feel over here. At the same time, what I do over here affects you way over there. Psychiatrist Carl Jung called  the term synchronicity believing strongly that we are all intimately connected via a collective universal consciousness. So these nudges, these insights, this knowing, is a form of conversation with the universe. We need to listen. We need to pay attention.

What do the signs and signals mean? Do they mean we are headed in the right direction? We are aligned? We are on the right track?  Or do they mean we are headed in the wrong direction? We have to go exploring, notice the signs that show up, notice the feelings that we have, and notice the ideas that keep developing into form. Listen to your inside world and let it guide you.

You may or may not have consciously asked a question. It may be that the universe sort of nudges you and prompts  you by giving you ideas and insights that lead you in the right direction. At other times you choose to ask the meaning of what is showing up to determine if there is an action to take. Ask the universe for guidance. Asked for insights. It’s not about receiving specific answers, it’s about an awareness, a sense of knowing what is the right choice for you. It’s not even about understanding. It’s about a feeling of it being aligned. Use your inner guidance, your inner knowing, to help you choose the path you are to be on. As you move along the path, keep feeling, keep listening, keep watching for the universe to support your journey, to guide your path to help you make that turn in the road. Are you listening? Do you understand the questions you need to ask and the answer you have received? Perhaps journal the nudges that you get in order to clarify them for yourself. Perhaps you just learn to pay attention to the nudges and let them guide you in the right direction.

I am now so tuned into listening to my inner voice that a single phrase can shift my awareness and even change my direction.  I turn to my computer to write and explore and expand on that concept to either share with you or apply to my own life. A phrase may come from the television.  It could be from an email, or a book, or the news. I explore the ideas the come from many forms but I always go exploring.

Are you listening? The universe is speaking to you and it is speaking rather loudly. Pay attention.

I have always stood on my own. So much so that when I could use some support I don’t know how to get it. It wasn’t until I found the Circle of Light Beings in a Shamanic Journey that I began to understand how to remain a strong individual and also be a strong member of a group.  I was taught a large lesson on this journey, one that empowers me and strengthens my ability to stand alone. I’d like to share this journey with you.

Keep Listening

Change has been coming for me for quite a while. And I recently understood what that change was to be in one huge rush of awareness. It was a breakthrough so great I could not have imagined it. It is a door opening so far beyond what I was looking for that I still don’t know what to do with it. I have already begun work to make it happen.  We are really going to go adventuring now. Hang onto your hat.

Enterprising

To me “enterprising” means resourceful. It also means creative and original.  We need to be all of those in this changing world.  We need to approach all aspects of our life from a fresh and inquisitive perspective. Enterprising means to re-purpose. How do we do that? Give some thought to how you will be enterprising in your life. Then do more of that.

===DEEPEN  YOUR SPIRITUAL PRACTICE===

End Each Day with Mindful Gratitude

There are many ways to close out your day but finding a way to reflect back and to offer gratitude clears your path to a healing night’s sleep. 

I have created a small ceremony of closure in which I release what is no longer needed and offer gratitude for what I received, gratitude for what I did do, gratitude for what I came to understand.

I have begun to journal as a way to end my day.  It makes me look back over my day and acknowledge the many gifts I revived.  

I started a little journal on my computer. At the end of each day I write a little acknowledgment for the gifts I received and a few highlights about what I learned or experienced.  Then next week on that day, I get to remember the blessings I received ad how I have progressed over the week. Then I replace it with whatever happened that day.  So  every day I get to look at my day the week before and noticed how those insights and changes evolved. Then I look back over my day and write down what I experienced. I make it a point to look to see what I should release. It could be a concern. It could be scolding myself for not doing something. Release worry. Release whatever you need to let go of. And then look back over your day in gratitude. You can make this releasing ceremony more elaborate if you want to. I could play my flutes, for instance.   But I like this idea of keeping a short daily journal to reflect back over my day and I notice where I was a week ago and how those choices played out. Experiment with the form, but whatever form your offering of gratitude takes, create a conscious end to your day.

The Power of Dictation

I am on a roll here with dictation. And I’m having a blast. As I dictate the newsletter, as I dictate the script for a podcast, I am waving my arms and energetically raising my voice in emphasis, and putting great passion in everything I say. It is extremely freeing and I know that it is influencing my work. Have you begun to dictate yet?  Give it a try.

Greater Heights – The Seven Rays and Beyond

I am studying with the Peruvian Shaman Puma Fredy Quispe Singona and am gradually learning about the Seven Sacred Rays of the Pleiades and that has thrown open the door to a new level of my work.I am being rapidly propelled to heights I had never imagined.  The information is pouring in like a floodgate has been opened. I am sitting here taking journeys to the seven sacred rays as fast as I can in order to get their message to share with you.  But about three journeys in to my exploration of the seven ray I had  this tremendous aha moment that has just thrown open the door to a whole new adventure for all of us.  Never before in my life have I felt such a big shift in conscious awareness. It’s exciting! It’s new for me! And we’re going to go adventuring together!

So I’m writing seven Ray journeys and I am writing about this new realization. I have to finish at least the drafts of all seven rays before I can start recording the series because I’m learning as I go. But this new pathway is like throwing open a door to a place I’ve never been before. And I’m taking you with me!

The core purpose of these Deeper Song explorations is to deepen our understanding that we are a center  of natural wholeness and organic universality.  We are pure energy. We are the universe and we are to consistently com from that place of interconnected, interactive wholeness.

You know, simple stuff….

I don’t even know where we’re going. But we are going. We are going together. Stay tuned.

I wrote Getting Your Feet in Science of Mind in 1998. It was a gift for the members of my Foundations class at the Science of Mind Church in Santa Rosa, California where Reverend Edward Viljoen was my pastor. It was the first in a series of small booklets I wrote about metaphysical principles. By 2000 I was a licensed Spiritual Practitioner and began service as a teacher in Science of Mind. Those churches are now known as Centers for Spiritual Living. 

This booklet went on to have a life of its own. It was sold in the church book store. It has been published in Spanish and Russian and excerpts appear on many websites of Centers for Spiritual Living.  I have created this PDF of the original booklet as a gift to all of you who are drawn to explore its message.

 Take Responsibility For Your Destiny

You are where you are because you chose what you chose. Bummer. Or not. How is your life working out for you? Are you doing what you love to do? Do you have friends that support and encourage and nurture you? How’s your body doing? How’s your health? I personally have some work to do. My body is grouchy. And I’m the one that got it here and I’m the one that has to take care of it and make the changes I need to make. Only me. My responsibility. My results. My destiny. I am the cause and I am the cure. You are where you are because of the choices you made. Where you go next is caused by  the choices you make. Choose wisely. Take responsibility for your destiny and make conscoius choices.  You are creating your “next.”  How do you want that to be?

Patterns

I drew the Oracle card “patterns’”for us. Patterns show where we’ve been. And patterns can show where we’re going. Look around at what you have created. Look for the similarities. Look for the differences. Look for what calls do you. Look for where that pattern seems to be leading you. Look for the patterns that guide you to your next step. And be patient. For when it comes together it comes in with a roar. Watch the patterns. Let them guide you.

When the Student is Ready the Teacher Appears

I feel like I’ve been shot out of a cannon – the doors have been thrown open and my net path is not only clear, it is filled with exciting opposites and projects. 

I am taking  my second online classes with Peruvian  Shaman Puma Fredy Quispe Singona and I  am eager to translate some of what he is teaching me to share with you in some form. 

For someone who has been waiting for a major change to be made clear, I feel like I’m in a racing sailboat with my full sails catching the wind in the best possible manner. 

I am creating a series of recorded Deeper Song Guided Journeys that  will explore the Seven Sacred Rays and some of the Dimensions and also provide guided experiences for self-healing and change.  

The change is just beginning but I know where I am going — for now….

Be open to change and when the doors open go for it!!!!
