Transcendent Leadership

Are You a Transcendent Leader?

January 8, 2020 By Cara Lumen

Are You a Transcendent Leader?

An Inner Word Exploration

“Transcendent leader” is a new phrase for me, and I wondered if I was one.  I want to be.  But what does that look like? Feel like?  Act like?

Transcendent means spiritual, metaphysical, above the range of normal or physical human experience.

Leader – well, to me that means a guide, way-shower, path-finder.

We can do that.

If we are Transcendent Leaders, it means we are aware of the oneness of everything – of our interconnection with All That Is. It means we are aware of everything as vibration – merged, interactive, one vibration.  It means we have an ever-deepening, ever-evolving spiritual practice that permeates and influences all we do.

There is no separation in transcendent leadership.  We are all one.

What is my job as a Transcendent Leader?

To me, it means to continue to raise my vibration so that it, in turn, raises the vibration of whatever and whomever it comes in contact with.

I do that in my spiritual practice, my shamanic journey work, my vibration healing work, my thoughts and beliefs, and actions. My choices.

Not a leader – a way-shower

A way-shower says, “Here’s one way if it calls to you.  Hers’s a path I explored that really resonated that I’d like to share with you.  I learned this way to deepen my spiritual practice, or raise my vibration or….”

You simply become a living example of the energy you cultivate and embrace.  Others see it, experience it and adapt it or not to their own way of being.

In my case, I write to figure it all out and share what I discover with others. They in turn resonate or not.  Act of not.  I have simply said, “Here’s one way.”

A Transcendent Leader walks beside others

A Transcendent Leader is always conscious of his or her vibration and its impact  We are also aware when someone comes alongside to walk a similar path beside us.  Then we engage in an exchange of energy.  We listen. We share.  We encourage.  And at some point we part ways.  That’s simply the nature of walking your own path.  For it is the purpose of each of us to cultivate and walk our own unique path.

How can I be a better Transcendent Leader?

First, you have to realize that you are a Transcendent Leader.  Whatever you are doing, however you are doing it, you are also impacting others.  Perhaps by guiding them, perhaps by encouraging them, perhaps simply by showing them by example.

The cornerstone of  being a Transcendent Leader is to know that you are one.  And accept that responsibility and choose and act accordingly.

Well, fellow Transcendent Leader,  what shall we do to transform the world today?
