Everything is energy. Energy cannot be destroyed, only repurposed. So how do we repurpose or deflect negativity?
We create a Transformative Energy Shield. We can create a Transformation Energy Shield around ourselves and we can create one around a group. It is a shield of intentional energy that deflects and transforms negative energy.
It is natural to think in terms of putting up a protective shield for ourselves. When we put up a Transformative Energy shield, it converts, repurposes and raises the vibration of whatever shows up. What a life-changer that is!
The Transformative Shield transforms energy on both sides of the shield. When we place ourselves in the protection of a Transformative Sphere of Energy, it immediately begins to transform our own negative energy. If we are fearful or angry, it transforms that energy and reflects it back as centered serenity. The Transformative Energy Shield also transforms negative energy coming toward us and reflects it back as positive energy to others. It is a two-way transformer of energy.

You create a Transformative Energy Shied through your breath and your intention. Take an intentional breath and feel transformative energy surround your heart. On an exhale, feel a shield form and expand to surround your body. It is invisible and invincible. Continue using intentional exhales to expand and thicken your Transformative Energy Shield until you feel secure.
Maintain a positive inner energy
Use the Transformative Energy Shield to clear your own body suit of negative thoughts and energy. Begin at your heart center. Breath a Transformative Energy Shield into existence and with each exhale extend it further out, feeling it clearing away all negative, non-supportive thoughts and transforming them into a higher vibration.
On each inhale intentionally raise your vibration. From your centered heart energy, feel yourself radiating out positive energy to balance all levels of your body suit.
